Made with blood, sweat, and tears, Glinda version 1 took over 300 hours to construct. In a span of 3 months, this monster of a dress was completed
Thousands of sequins were ordered to adorn over 20 yards worth of petals.
Hours of research went into this gown, and yet it was not enough. This version has been retired, and Version 2 is in the works. Reference Images

The Tour
In the summer of 2008, I was contacte by a gentleman who works for Broadway Cares(a charity).
My gown was soon shipped off, along with Jenn's Elphaba gown to tour the country, promoting AIDS awareness and research.
Her first stop was at the Wizard Of Oz Festival in Indiana
